Who is Tutor Bob?
Tutor Bob has a no nonsense approach to helping you learn, and is designed for those with only a small amount of computer skills. His bite-size courses makes picking up new web skills easy.
Bob and his friends like to make complicated topics simple by explain things with simple language and clear illustrations.
What skills and knowledge will I gain?
Tutor Bob provides a range of training covering popular topics like WordPress, Blogging and Email Marketing.
What's included in my membership?
As a student of Tutor Bob you will receive access to our fantastic training courses and associated templates, guides and lesson plans. You will also receive access to our support gurus*.

Account Setup
How do I sign up to join?
Simply pop along to our ‘Sign-Up‘ page and choose a membership level.
You will need to choose whether to sign-in using your social media account (Facebook, Google, Twitter or Instagram), or to use an email address and password.
For our premium membership levels you can pay using a Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa) or by PayPal.
We have a range of levels to choose from, including our FREE level where you can try out some of our great courses.
How do I get started?
One you’re signed up pop along to the Member’s Dashboard, click on any course title to show the list of modules and then click on the first module title to begin.
Alternatively, you can read about the various courses by clicking on a course name within the Discover Courses section of the Dashboard. At the bottom of each course page your will find a ‘Start Course’ button to begin that particular course.
Note: Access to courses is dependent on your membership level. If you can’t access a course simply go to your Account page and upgrade your membership.
Can I upgrade or downgrade after signing up?
Absolutely, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time after signing up. Simply go to My Account and you will see a notice regarding your current package and instructions on how to change your membership level.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
Can I get a refund if I'm not entirely satisfied?
We operate a 100% money back guarantee within the first 30 days. If you’re not entirely satisfied with the service you’ve received then we will refund all of your money. All we ask is that you remove all copies of any materials downloaded once your membership has been cancelled.
Courses
Can I switch tutorials at any time?
Yes! Your progress will be saved at each stage so you can switch courses at any time.
To switch courses, go to the Member’s Dashboard and click on the course name you wish to take to show the list of modules. Then click on the module you wish to start.
How long do I have to complete tutorials?
There is no time limit to complete course units, modules or courses. You can go at your own pace.
Is there a limit to how many times I can take a tutorial?
No. You can take course units, modules and courses as many times as your time whilst your membership is active.
What's required to complete a course?
To complete a course you will need to finish all the units within each module.
Some units contain assessment which you will need to pass in order to complete the course.
Can I download the course content?
Yes. You can download a copy of the course notes and resources to make use of. You cannot download the course videos.
If I'm struggling where can I get additional help?
Don’t worry. There’s help at hand. You can ask your questions on the Community Forums. If you are a member of our Elite Group then you can chat with our experts in our private members Facebook group.
If you have any issues with using the website, questions about your account or payment you can raise a ticket on our support desk.
Can I skip parts of the training?
Yes. You can skip over units if you wish but you may miss something you need later.
You will need to take all units within a course in order to complete it.
Badges
What are badges?
Badges are rewards that you’ll receive when you successfully complete a course, or various activities on the website.
How do I collect badges?
You collect badges by completing courses, taking part in discussions, leaving comments on Bob’s blog and various other activities.
Where can I view my badges?
The list of available badges together with details of the ones you’ve collected can be found on the Member’s Dashboard.
Certificates
How do I earn certificates?
You earn certificates for successfully completing a course. You can download, print and share your certificates with others.
What if I lose my certificate?
You can download your certificates at any time. Simply go to the Member’s Dashboard and click the ‘Download Certificate’ button next to the Course you have completed.
If you have not completed the course, the certificate will not be available for download.
Support
Can I get help with technical issues?
Sure. If you’re having technical issues please first check that everything else is working on your device. Check that you can access other websites successfully. If there’s nothing obvious wrong with your device then raise a ticket on our support desk.

How can I close my account?
We’re really sorry to lose you. If you want to close your account simply go to your Account page and complete the cancellation form.
